Hi,

I've 2 questions.

1) If OTP is signed with the clause written Val+ 5K since valuation is not obtained yet, is OTP valid? Meaning the date on valuation report does it have any impact to OTP signed date? Or is it Valid write the OTP this way?

2) If OTP signed, and if the buyer wants to exercise can the seller have any option to turn it down?
