Hi, is there any way for my non-Singaporean/PR fiancee and myself to apply for a BTO/resale HDB flat? As I am below 35, the rules stipulate either a 2-room BTO or for the other party to have a long-term visit pass in Singapore for resale. Is there another way which I may have overlooked? Thanks
