Hi,
Is there any implication to keep my current 3-room HDB which is already 40 years old for another 10-20 years? Will the value depreciate after certain number of years? Or should I sell it now since it still be able to fetch a good price? Or shall I just keep it and hope for SERS?

Thanks

Hi,

For buyers of HDBs that are 40 years old and above, the loan and CPF that can be utilized for the unit is not maximum, thus the price will consequently be affected. What are your objectives for selling the place?

By the way, SERS program is not guaranteed, hence its best not to count on it happening. May I have more details of your plans & unit so to make better recommendations? Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Warm Regards,
