Hi, is it possible that the seller can fail to submit their resale application due to mismatch of the information submitted by both buyer and seller? I am buyer and waiting for seller to complete their application but their action is rather slow. I am not sure if they are trying to delay the process.

Hi, if the seller is a DIY one with no experience, then it is possible that the whole transaction may not be smooth.
