Hi, do you mean HDB? it may not be possible to do so as despite your husband and his mother owning the property, you and your husband form a family nucleus, and each family nucleus can only hold 1 HDB. However, it may be possible for your mother in law to go for a resale flat or BTO depending on the situation of your household.

Hi

Its not possible since your husband's name needs to be included to be eligible for flat purchase. You can purchase private property under your sole name no issue.

Your husband and you will be required to form a family nucleus to purchase a HDB unit, thus the existing place has to be sold or he will be required to remove his name from the existing property minimally. Depending on property type that he owns currently, there maybe additional restrictions place upon your purchase, for example, if he is co-owning a private property now, then he needs to relinquish his ownership and wait out for a period of 15 months before he is eligible to purchase a resale HDB together with you.

To buy an HDB flat together, you and your husband need to be a family nucleus.
This means your husband must:
Sell his existing property.
OR Remove his name from the existing property (if possible).
Additional waiting times may apply depending on his current property:
If he co-owns a private property now, he needs to sell his share and wait 15 months before buying an HDB flat with you.
