call me for non obligation discussion, I had personally sold more than a hundreds of units. In my own personal point of view, Its depends on the knowledge of the agent that you are engage with. Without indepth knowledge the pricing and lack of experience in staging the clients, often many owners suffered in their pricing to sell. therefore my advice is interview a few agent before you pick one as this will give u the understanding of how good the agent is... and beware of agent who over promise n cant deliver cause they waste everyones time n put a bad name on us all. happy chinese new year to you..

Hi Siva,

Some different opinions in terms of engaging an exclusive agent or engaging multiple agents to assisy in marketing your unit. Some owner believe in giving all agents an equal opportunity to sell the unit as well as having more agents marketing the unit will have bigger outreach since different agents may use different platforms. Nevertheless, the owner may experience non-stop phone calls or SMSes from the different agents to arrange for viewing which can be quite a headache. Engaging an exclusive agent on the other hand will not have this issue as the agent will be coordinating all appointments such that owner will only have a single window of contact.
