Hi, interested in purchasing subsale. Is there a checklist on what to check on?

Good afternoon Sir/ Mdm,
buying a subsale is about the same as resale. You still obtain an OTP from seller just that you wont be able to see the actual unit and have to purchase by floor plan.
Care to share more about your concerns about subsale so I will be in a better position to advise and assist further?
