Hi, In the purchase of HDB under Public Scheme, it is stated that the family nucleus should comprise of 2 members of the family who should be Singaporeans. Can I book a new flat with my daughter (also Singapore citizen). My husband is a non-Singaporean.

Hi Mrs Param

Based on your situation you may apply it as yourself to be the owner, daughter and husband to be the occupier.

If your husband is PR then he can be the owner too. If not will be occupier.

If your daughter above 21 years old can be the owner if not can only be as occupier.
