Hi,

In general, as I'm a SPR but my wife is a citizen, which HDB scheme will be applicable to us, e.g., scheme meant for SPR or scheme as per Singapore citizen.
For instance the "additional buyer stamp duty" - which scheme is applicable to us?

Morning Derek,

Since you are married to SC, hence you are eligible to purchase HDB unit under open scheme, be it resale or BTO. ABSD is not applicable to your case as if either of you have private property at hand, you are required to remove your ownership status within 6 months from key collection. This is applicable for purchase of resale unit. However, you will not be eligible for BTO unit if you do have private property under either your names.
