Hi, I'm wondering if I still qualify to buy a HDB BTO flat or a resale flat if I own a shophouse? thanks for taking the time to reply.

Afternoon,

This would depend on the category of your shophouse. Is it purely commercial or part residential? Did you purchased it under your name or under company's name? There are certain issues that need to be clarified before I can give you the answer.

thanks for your reply mike. It is under a company name and it is at this point purely commercial i.e. no one lives in it.
