hi,
I'm trying to find a resale hdb which is 1400sq ft and above, 3 bedrooms+1 helper room, near good/ okay primary school, with multi-storey carpark, near supermarket and food court, mid floor and above, less than 10 mins walk to mrt, no odd shape floor plan, not in north and west region of singapore, and as young as possible.

Is it possible to find such units around?

Hdb has stopped building BIG units for some years now.

So if you want anything above 1400 sqft ... you need to go for old ones, which are in the older estates, like T Payoh, AMK, Yishun, Hougang, etc

Alternatively you can look for JUMBO units. Typically they are 2 units combined.
