Hi, I'm thinking of selling my 5rm hdb at Marine Parade. The flat is fully renovated, top floor, point block corner unit with recess area, all rooms come with full seaview, completely unblocked view all around. Can any agent give me a rough estimate on pricing?

Hi,

Will need more info on your unit before we can give you the estimate. Years back, an old couple sold their sea-view HDB at Marine Parade for almost $900K, if I can still remember correctly. If yours really do have that million dollar view, you may try for a million $.
