Hi,
1) You have to decide which bank to get the loan needed.
2) Banker can recommend a lawyer from their board.
3) You will need the lawyer upon received resale approval from HDB. They will assist you from there onwards.

Hi, your banker could further advice you on that and he could also refer a law firm to you too that is under the company panel.

You should get a conveyancing lawyer after you have firm up your bank loan and exercised the OTP. You should get it before you submit the case to HDB. I can recommend you a law firm to assist you on your purchase.
