hi, i'm SPR and currently own a private condo. Intend to become citizenship, thereafter sell off my private condo and apply for EC. Can I apply for EC or BTO-HDB after sell off my existing private condo? Thanks much

Hi,

You have to wait out 30 months after selling your condo before you can apply for new EC/BTO.

For resale hdb or resale EC, you can purchase immediately after selling condo, no restrictions.

For new EC, you may have to wait for 30 months after selling of your current condominium before you can buy one.

However, for resale EC, you are allowed to buy immediately after selling your private condo (as these ECs are considered partially/fully privatised already).
