I am serving many buyers and sellers at the ongoing hdb SERS exercise at tanglin halt .

All singles regardless of age CANNOT buy any resale Hdb that has been announced for SERS . A proper household must be formed in order to buy flats that has been announced for sers.

Incidentally SERS is one of the few ways even singles or SPR household can buy a new hdb , however this apply to those hdb owners who already own the hdb BEFORE the SERS exercise .

One can speculate or try your luck to target SERS potential resale hdb but there is no guarantee .
