Hi,

1) Although your aunt can will the HDB flat to you, you are unable to keep it.
2) This is because you did not meet any of the eligibility schemes listed by the HDB.
3) So, after you inherited the flat. You will be ordered by the HDB to sell it in the open market.
4) Failure to do so within the given grace period. The HDB might forcefully take the flat and pay you 80% of the current market rate or 90% of the original purchase price.
5) You have to bring the will and death certificate to a family lawyer to assist you in the inheritance process.
