Hi,

I'm Singapore PR. My wife is Vietnamese. Am I eligible to buy a resale HDB flat under HDB Public Scheme?

Afternoon Steven,

Non-citizen spouse scheme is only eligible for SC with non-citizen spouse. Being a PR, your spouse need to be PR or SC before you are eligible to purchase a HDB resale unit.
