You could check post an ad on Propertyguru and in Straits Times Classified.
Straits Times property ad hotline is 1800 289 9988. They would require your ad content, your desired type of ad/ budget.

Alternatively, you could engage a trustworthy agent to help you on the marketing of your property, which will save lots of hassle and provide maximized marketing exposure for your property. In addition, a direct seller ad will usually attract lots of calls from agents to ask you to engage their service.

You can place advertisement with papers, going by per day count. As for advertising with Property guru, you need to be registered property agent with subscription to the portal to do so.

Correction to my earlier answer - you could post your listing on www.stproperty.sg . Direct seller can post a free ad if registered for a direct seller account.

In Propertyguru, you could "post your listing" under "Ask Guru" sub-section "House Selling" to see if there is any agents with interested buyers in your area to come for viewing.

Of course, to save all the hassles and get the latest market information, it is best to engage an agent.
