Hi.. Im planning to get a 4 room flat around kallang area. myself and my brother is Singapore PR. How much do i need to standby in total? not very sure what is COV , agent fee, etc. kindly offer if you have a unit for sale

Are you trying to say that both of you are Singapore PRs?

Singapore PR siblings are not eligible to purchase any resale HDB flats in Singapore.
