Hi, I'm planning to buy a condo or landed but I'm holding on to a hdb at the moment and have at least another 4 years to my MOP. is there any other way I can purchase another unit like under my sole proprietor company name now ? I do not plan to sell my hdb as I plan to rent them after I got my 2nd property.

Hi,

Yes its possible to purchase under company name but ABSD of 15% applies and max LTV is 20%. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
