Hi, I'm married for about 2 years and was rejected to collect my keys due to the 2nd HLE as I had a switch of jobs and now both me and my wife together with her 2 teenage sisters are stranded without a place to live as we are still renting out a place. I am finding it hard to make ends meet as rental is over 2k plus and my salary is about $2,200. I'm the only sole bread winner at the moment as my wife lost her job last year. Beside BTO, as it is out of the question, as I dun think I can put out staying at a rented place, any piece of advise or should I apply for HLE and see if I'm eligible to buy at least a 3rm flat? I have about $15,000 cash. I am also a first time buyer with about 30k CPF. I wouldn't be able to afford to pay any agent and would have to do this all by myself. Can anyone advise?
