Hi,

As you are having mortgage loan currently, your second property loan would be up to max of 50%.
Do take note that Additional Buyer Stamp Duty apply and you must fulfilled your Minimum Occupation Period before you could purchase your 2nd residential property.

Hi,

If you're still servicing your current HDB loan, you can only loan up to a maximum of 50% for your 2nd property.

Also do take note that the cash upfront must be at least 25% too, while the balance can be in CPF.

Also, ABSD of 7% applies for Singaporeans owning a 2nd property.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

If you have an outstanding housing loan currently, then you will only be eligible for 50% loan for the next property. It may make more sense if you repay the outstanding loan of your current property and fully leverage on the 80% for the 2nd property.

Do note that 2nd property also attracts 7% Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) and therefore you need to plan your finances before proceeding with the purchase.
