Hi, I'm looking for a 1 bedroom + private washroom (by September or early October at the most). Area would somewhere maybe in the Marine Parade, Tanah Merah, or Simei areas. Ideally, I would like to have all of my preferences below, I'm aware of the expensive real estate market there so I might have to adjust:
Preferences:
room with own washroom
low crime area
close to library, large fitness club, bank, and grocery
close to white sand beach (optional)
don’t like bugs or pests
balcony with a view (would be nice)
air conditioned
quiet
