Hi, I'm currently staying in Punggol HDB and is still under MOP which is 5 years from Sep 2010. Understand that we must serve the MOP before selling and I would like to know when is a good time for me to start looking for another unit since I still have 1 year 9 months to go?? Thanks, AC

Hi Mr A C, There is no standard rule but a good period is the last month towards the end of MOP. Till then, the market behaviour will form the ground of whether should you sell or buy first which there are no hard & fast rule. Your financial status will also determine your decision by then.
