Hi, I'm considering a low floor hdb unit in depot road. I noted that there're a number of warehouses, elderly studio apartments to be built, and a relatively quiet location. Like to know what is the investment potential and pros of staying in that area. There's not many coffee shop, market there, not really mature estate. Is buying a flat there a pro or a con?
Currently the valuation is around 600k plus in that area? Do you think there's opportunity of appreciation?
