Hi I'm actually doing a research for my future plannings. Actually i am very keen of getting a mansionette for my future home but when i search in the net for iformation, i kind of got very messed up. I was wondering if executive,executive mansionette, mansionette and HUDC are all mentioning the same thing??? The mansionette that i am refering is those hdb that has 2 storeys for each house. I would also like to know more about the avg prices and how much may the monthly be if we are a young couple with CPF contributions. Thanks for all the kind advises.
