Hi, I'm a SPR and have my own HDB 4-room flat (4A2). I have been staying in this flat for close to 10 years.
I might need to move out of Singapore for a couple of years for international assignments. Can I rent out my whole flat ? If yes, what is the procedure?

Evening,

Based on your situation, you will need to apply through HDB for approval. Once it have being granted, you can proceed with renting out your unit in accordance to the approved period.
