Hi, Im a single mother with a kid with no house under my name. Im currently staying in my parents flat. Im deciding to ask my parents to sell their flat as we need cash now, to rent a place, & wait til the prices drop b4 buying another house. Is it advisable? will i be doing something which i will regret like selling my house then later no money to buy another house?
Also, as my parents are very very old, they are not entitled to any loan. If i buy now with me & my son's name. What if in the future i remarry? i cant buy another flat right? then how?
