hi. i'm a singaporean employed but without cpf contribution. i now wanna buy a 3-room flat from the hdb. but i don't know whether i'm able to get a loan from the government as i'm working without cpf contribution in the past few years. and i'm unable to get the employment letter from my previous employer. so wanna check is there any possibility to get a loan from the HDB?

Afternoon Pan,

Without CPF contribution nor company employment letter, as documentation proof on your employment status, I would say no financial bodies would grant you any loan.

Hi Pan,
Suggest you to get housing loan from bank instead. You can get up to max. loan of 80% of valuation price. Bank will ask for proof of your income such as payslip & past income tax statement. If you need a banker, I can refer one to you. You are welcome to call me at 96496066  for more info.
