Hi,
I'm a singaporean citizen and will be marrying my gf who is intending to be a PR once our ROM. Currently she has a property in msia, can both of us still apply for our HDB? Any issues?
(btw, i don't own an property atm)

Applying and purchasing a HDB is no issue but your fiance will be required to relinquish her ownership for her property in Malaysia within 6 months of taking over the HDB purchased, unless you are eligible to purchase the HDB now as a single.
