Hello!

I used to be a Mortgage Broker, i have 5 years of experience in the industry.

For Fixed rate you might want to consider UOB: 1.99 fixed for 2 years

For Floating: Maybank: 1.55% first year, 1.75% second year.

I would advice you to check with DBS for their repricing rate, sometimes it is more savvy to reprice then refinance.

Refinancing will incur cost of Mortgage Stamp Fee (500), legal fee (2000).

Repricing will only incur admin fee (200-500), normally you might be able to request for admin fee to be waived.
