Hi, I'm a Singapore PR, we would like to buy a resale HDB, but due to new rulings regarding overseas property which I inherited from my parents, is there other options that we can still buy HDB?

Morning Pete,

In respect to inherited property, that would actually depend on whether you are considered as the assignee or administator.

You may want to check with your lawyer on your status of the inherited property. Who knows, you might get yourself somewhere, by checking on this minor details?
