Hi, I'm a Singapore Citizen. I'm marrying a Non-Citizen Spouse. Would like to purchase a HDB right after marriage. What are the available options? As we wish to start a family after marriage, we ain't looking at 2 room BTO, so is the option only resale? We are looking for a 3 room and above HDB.

If only resale is available, what are the grant available?
Is there able to add on other grant beside the NCS?

Most probably my wife will be on long term visit pass after ROM.

Afternoon Kenneth,

Under non-citizen spouse scheme, you are eligible for single grant if your income is less than $6k per month. Additional housing grant will be dependent on your income.
