hi im a SC and wife is a SPR with 2 kids both SC, we are currently living in NZ. We would like to purchase a RESALE HDB flat without using any grant from gov and move back to Singapore to reside. Can we still keep our Nz property if we buy a resale HDB flat? thanks

Afternoon Sean, All SC or SPR buyer for HDB are required to sell their private residential property within 6 months from date of key collection.
