Yes SPR is eligible to purchase resale EC as long as the finances are comfortable. Do note ABSD of 5% applies for any residential purchase for SPR.

Do take note that for SPRs purchasing 1st residential property in Singapore, there will be a 5% ABSD payable, on top of the normal BSD (3-4%).

Hi,

1) Even a single PR is eligible to purchase a resale EC (which met 5 yrs MOP).

2) Resale EC without meeting 5 yrs MOP are not open to PR, this will still comes under HDB jurisdiction, family nucleus consists of SC etc.

3) There are current 29 EC which meet such condition open to SC, PR & FR, there are 6 out of these 29 that only open to SC & PR.
