For purchase of HDB property, SC can purchase a HDB flat under single scheme if you are 35 years and above.

Thus, for your case, you currently have no options for HDB property unless you purchase with another party who can form a family nucleus with you.

Perhaps you can share with me what is your plan and who knows, a private property might be a better option for you.
