Hi, i'm a mom of 1, sold matrimonial flat(took family grant & purchase via bank loan) last 6yrs. Managed to rent 1rm flat frm HDB for 3yrs nw. Re-married last Dec, now expecting. Hubby 1st timer. I am aware tt he will b considered as 2nd. How does the new HDB revise rules benefits us(if any)? N wat r our best options w no cash in hand? furthermore my contract just ended& i worry being pregnant might minimise my chances of getting a job. My CPF is of 26k, hubby at 30k. M-i-l will be staying with us. Is 3rm flat our only option? How do we go about it? ADVICE plz.. :S
