Propertyguru only accepts listing from licensed agents with paid subscription. You may try other platform with no such requirements. However it is advisable for you to engage an agent for this matter. With a very minimal fee, the licensed agent can ensure that you do not run afoul the law by renting it to ineligible tenants (both HDB and URA have regulations for renting) and draw up a very detailed tenancy agreements in case there is any disputes with the tenant in the future.
