Hi, I'm a bankruptcy without a house but my CPF combined with my wife able to buy a HDB 4 room flat. Our cash is limited. My questions are:
1) Is there any HDB transaction restriction or ruling for bankruptcy.
2) If able to buy a HDB 4-room cost $370,000 then what's the estimated cash range for a transaction proceeding. (e.g. Lawyer's fees,agent commission,levy, etc... that have to pay by cash)
