Hi, I'm 28 yo, SPR(Malaysian) & divorcé. I have a son currently under care and control of my ex but it's Joint custody. I don't have any immediate family in Singapore. Income $2.3k per month and stable job with no debt & no bank loan. My ex will take over current 4RMs flat and will pay me back to CPF. May I know if I'm eligible to buy 2-3 rooms flat.
