Good morning,

you have to get married first in order to be eligible under families with non resident.

You can read up on housing grants for singles: CPF housing grants, EHG and/ or PHG.

Alternatively you can apply for HFE after marriage, it will show you what grants will you be eligible for.

Great question! Here’s some information on grants available for you and your non-Singaporean fiancé when purchasing a resale flat:

- As a Singapore Citizen with a non-citizen fiancé, you can apply for the **Single Singapore Citizen Scheme**. However, you won't qualify for the typical CPF Housing Grants that are available to couples where both partners are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

- You may be eligible for the **Proximity Housing Grant (PHG)** if you purchase a resale flat close to your parents. This grant can be up to $15,000, depending on the distance and circumstances.

- Unfortunately, the **Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG)** and **Family Grant** are not available for couples with one non-citizen.
