Good afternoon tenant,

Before you start house hunting, you should have an idea of these:

1) preferred location
2) how many bedrooms unit?
3) furnishing options
4) lease start date and duration
5) budget

To finalise on the rental, you need to prepare:

1) letter of intent with 1 month's rental as good faith deposit/ advance rental
2) tenancy agreement with 1 month's rental as security deposit for 1 year lease etc
3) 1/2 month's rental as agent's commission for 1 year lease
