Hi, if the HDB valuation is 390k, COV is 0, how much the cash I required? I am singapore citizen and my spous is spass holder. My CPF is total above 50K in CPF main account.

Afternoon, How much cash is required would depends on whether you are taking bank loan or HDB loan.
