Hi. If sales proceed is 60k. Im taking 2nd hdb loan. 50% have to use for next house right? Does that include the otp fee? Example 30k use for next house. Can i use 5k from that 30k to pay the option fee? Please advise.

Good morning,

Unfortunately no, this $5k option fee is a separate amount from the 50% sale cash proceeds that you need to bring over to the next flat bought with 2nd hdb loan. (Ie. $30k + $5k needed for your scenario).

No, the $5,000 is not included in this instance unfortunately.
