You can start by looking at your preferred location and work on your financial sums. This will allow you to understand if your target are realistic or how far off are you fro it.

It's still to early to sell for now but this gives you time to get some ground work done.

You can start doing some background research on location of your next property so you will have a clearer idea of how much will you have to incur.

Look through online property website for valuation and asking/ HDB website on past transacted prices for your current property and next preferred location. No harm starting early.

Procedures:
1) Resale checklist (7 days before OTP can be issued)
2) Request for valuation (probably 1 week before MOP will be fine)

Engage a capable salesperson to assist you in your sale and purchase will do good for your property transition.
