Hi, if my husband uses his cpf solely to service loan for resale hdb flat. After MOP, do I still have to set aside min sum in CPF before purchasing second private property? My CPF was not utilized for the resale hdb flat all so I would like to use my CPF solely and cash for second private property.

Afternoon Zix,

CPF minimum sum is applicable for users who have used their CPF on existing mortgage loan yet intended to use it for purchase for second property. Since you have not utilized CPF for any mortgage loan, you do not need to set aside the CPF minimum sum.

Hi Zix,

Settle aside for the CPF minimum sum is only after u had used it on the 1st property. Based on such, you do not need to set aside.

If you need more infos on new launches or resale private property as your 2nd private property, kindly contact me.

Thank you.

Cheers.
