1) Your fiance is allowed to remove his name from the BTO flat after meeting MOP.
2) However, removing a name is not just a paper process.
3) His mother has to be able to finance the flat by herself.
4) If this is fully paid. His mother will have to buy over his share.
5) If this is still under mortgage, his mother's income must be able to take up the full mortgage sum instead of the current amount.
6) if you are still a 1st timer, your combined application for BTO enjoys 1st timer privilege.
