As the balance lease is less than 60 years, it might not be easy to secure a potential buyer with the restrictions on cpf OA and bank financing. May I know the address to offer better inputs? It also depends on whether it is financially comfortable to do. Will be glad to share more and draft up the financial plan in detail so you will have a better idea. Hi,

Selling your HDB flat & buying a private condo are 2 separate matters - do consider if the location of your HDB flat is a good one, such that rental demand would be good; otherwise selling it might not be the wisest choice, simply by judging the tenure alone.

Buying the condo can simply be an investment of spare funds that you have on hand.
