Good morning,

You only need to issue a 5% cheque on booking date then when you exercise the option, you must have 15% CPF (shortfall in cash) ready with a valid letter of offer from bank.

Why not you check with bankers on your In principle approval (potential loan quantum) first to get a gauge first? It's free.

Hope it helps!

Cheers!

Hi

You only need to place 5% booking fee on the day when you purchase a unit. The rest of the 15% (cpf + cash) will be few weeks later.

It is also advisable to have the 80% of loan approval from the bank first before you even head down to book an EC unit. And yes, you will definitely get a higher loan with cancelation of credit cards.

Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi,

You will only need to put a 5% cheque when you book an EC unit during the launch day. It is advisable for you to secure an In-Principle Approval from a bank before you make your booking so that you will be assured that you definitely can get a loan from the bank. With regards to the cancellation of credit cards, the bankers will be in a better position to advise you on it. However, it is always good to reduce any existing financial liabilities as the banks will look at your credit bureau records during their assessments.

Feel free to contact me at 91443311  should you have more questions on the purchase of an EC. By the way, I am currently marketing a number of ECs so I may be able to provide you with updates on the prices and availability of various EC projects.
