If I am over 35 and earning 5.5k I understand I am not entitled to hdb loan and cpf grant for resale hdb.i understand it is possible to write in to appeal. What are my chances and who to write in to and what reason should I give?

Morning,

If your income is made up of allowance, OT, etc, you can write int to appeal. But if your basic is $5.5k, you are unlikely to get any approval.

Hi,

Chances are low since your income exceeds by $500. If all of 5.5K/mth is of a recurring nature, then it is unlikely the appeal will go through. Thanks and hope it clarifies.
